Potatoe Curry

Potatoe Curry

Traditional curried potatoe side dish.

  • Serves: 2-3
  • Prep Time: 40 mins
  • Cook Time: 10 mins
  • Ready In: 50 mins

Heat oil in large skillet.

Fry the cumin, asafetida, ginger and garlic for a minute.

Add potatoes, turmeric, chilli powder, salt and pepper and a cup of lukewarm water.

Simmer for a couple of minutes.

Garnish with green chillies and chopped cilantro/coriander.
