Yakisoba
Traditional Yakisoba with pork and yakisoba noodles.

Cut cabbage, carrot and pork into bite sizes.
Saute cabbage, carrot, and pork in large frying pan.
Add yakisoba noodles in the pan.
Add 1/2 cup water in pan and cover with lid.
Add yakisoba sauce.
Stir noodles well and fry them for a few minutes.
Sprinkle ao-nori and beni-shoga over dish before serving.
